Hosted in collaboration with WCC and centered on their innovative Report IT application for streamlined community reporting, this session is a unique opportunity for senior leaders to:

  • Dive Deep into Shared Challenges: Engage in a facilitated discussion on the most pressing operational bottlenecks, data management difficulties, and resident communication gaps in current reporting methods.
  • Review Practical Innovation: See a targeted demonstration of WCC’s Report IT solution, highlighting its GenAI-powered features (e.g., image recognition and NLP) and its impact on internal processes like routing and data extraction.
  • Provide Focused Feedback: Participate in a structured discussion to offer specific, actionable insights on key features, evaluate their perceived value and time-saving potential, and discuss integration flexibility and concerns regarding new technologies.
